We had a great day at High Falls!

Corina and her young assistant led an amazing day. We had a diverse group – from 8-72 years old and we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We had a delicious lunch and swim in the beautiful falls. We paddled in and out and learned about wildlife – flora and fauna. We have been cottaging in Harcourt park for 23 years and have never explored High Falls before and it was a great adventure! I would highly recommend Deep Roots Adventures.

Custom Field Trips for School Groups

Deep Roots Adventure loves to put together field trips for school groups! Whether you are Montessori or Grade 12, we will work with you to create a custom day, within your budget, and to meet your curriculum requirements.  We do the time consuming part, the planning and preparation, and you and your class come out and enjoy.

Our programs are fully mobile which means that our team can come to you and have an awesome day out at your school, a local wilderness area, conservation area, or even a wooded park. This saves bussing costs and travel time for you. Less travel = more fun! (Especially for those really young ones.)

Older groups may want to come up to our area and see the world famous Algonquin Provincial Park or have a Survival Workshop on a piece of beautiful crown land.
